| Analyseprinsipp: | Enzymatic / NAD+ – NADH This kinetic enzymatic method is based on the oxidation of ß-hydroxybutarate to acetoacetate by the enzyme ß-hydroxybutarate dehydrogenase. Concomitant with this oxidation the cofactor NAD+ is reduced to NADH.
