Laktat (Lakt)
Engelsk navn: | Lactate | |
Analyseinstrument: | Advia®1800
Reagensprodusent: | Roche
Analyseprinsipp: | Enzymatic/Trinder First, lactate is converted to pyruvate in an enzymatic reaction. The hydrogen peroxide produced by this reaction is then used in an enzymatic reaction to generate a coloured dye. The intensity of the colour formed is proportional to the L-lactate concentration and is measured as an endpoint reaction at 658 nm.
