Urinsyre (UA)
Engelsk navn: | Uric Acid
Analyseinstrument: | ADVIA®1800
Reagensprodusent: | Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc.
Analyseprinsipp: | Enzymatic/Trinder The uric acid is converted by uricase to allantoin and hydrogen peroxide. A coloured complex is formed from hydrogen peroxide, 4-aminophenazone and TOOS [N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3-methylaniline] under the catalytic influence of peroxidase. The abosorbance of the complex is measured as an endpoint reaction at 545 nm.
